• Tastings should be conducted responsibly. Spitting receptacles and water will be provided to encourage safe consumption.

• By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional and archival purposes.
• Commercial photography or media coverage requires prior accreditation and approval from the organizer.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• The organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen items, personal injury, or damages incurred during the event, unless due to proven negligence.
• Participation is at your own risk.

7. Privacy Policy

• Personal information collected during ticket purchase is used solely for event management purposes and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Your data may be shared with exhibitors or partners if you provide consent during registration.

8. Changes to the Event

• The organizer reserves the right to modify the program, exhibitors, schedule, or venue without prior notice.
• Significant changes will be communicated to ticket holders via email or the official website.
